It’s Your Choice
First off, I have to tell you to not buy this book if you’re really not serious about putting at least some effort into making lasting changes in your life, achieving goals, or just becoming really happy and content with yourself.
Why? Because this is no “7 STEPS TO HAPPINESS,” or “YOU IN 4 WEEKS,” kind of book. Those are great and if you want some gems to consider put this book down now and keep looking.
But, if you are really tired of trying and not getting what you want, or not even sure of what you want in the long run, and you’re really willing to work on this for the long haul, then this might be a worthwhile book for you.
